A colour 6 x 4 postcard of the rock band Bon Jovi signed to the verso by all four members of the Welsh alternative rock band the Manic Street Preachers individually. Comprising James Dean Bradfield, Nicky Wire, Sean Moore and Richey Edwards, most with their first names only. Some minor creasing, about VG. Complete sets of signatures of the Manic Street Preachers, including Richey Edwards, are rare following the disappearance of the then 27-year-old lyricist and guitarist on 1st February 1995. Officially presumed dead in 2008.

Welsh rock group Manic Street Preachers, also referred to as the Manics, was founded in Blackwood in 1986. James Dean Bradfield and Sean Moore, cousins who play lead guitar and lead vocals respectively. As well as Nicky Wire make up the group (bass guitar, lyrics). They play a significant role in the Welsh Cool Cymru cultural movement of the 1990s.

Richey Edwards joined Manic Street Preachers Autographs as a co-lyricist and rhythm guitarist after the success of their first single. “Suicide Alley,” and the group then functioned as a quartet. Early records by the group were punk-influenced. However, they soon grew to have a more expansive alternative rock sound. While maintaining a socialist political stance. Early on, they developed a devoted fan base thanks to their androgynous glam style and lyrics about “culture, alienation, ennui, and misery.”

Generation Terrorists, the Manic Street Preachers autograph’ debut album, released in February 1992. Gold Against The Soul and The Holy Book then published in 1993 and 1994, respectively. Besides, after going missing in February 1995, Edwards declared legally deceased in 2008. The group remained as a trio, and their albums Everything Must Go (1996) and This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours were both commercial successes (1998). Richey James Edwards signed memorabilia.
The Manics have performed as the headliners at festivals like Reading, V Festival, T in the Park, and Glastonbury. They have taken home four BRIT Awards, eight Q Awards, and eleven NME Awards. They received one nomination for the MTV Europe Music Autographs Awards and two nominations for the Mercury Prize in 1996 and 1999. Nevertheless, With This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours and the single “If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next” in 1998. “The Masses Against the Classes” in 2000, and “The Ultra Vivid Lament” in 2021, they have made it to the top of the UK charts four times. Worldwide, they have sold more than ten million albums.
