Blind Faith Autographed Album Eric Clapton Ginger Baker
Authentic Blind Faith Autographed Album with signatures from Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, Steve Winwood and Rich Grech.
Blind Faith a British ensemble comprised of Steve Winwood. Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, and Rich Grech. Following the popularity of each of the members’ previous bands. Including Clapton and Baker’s former group Cream and Winwood’s former group Traffic. They were greatly anticipated by the music memorabilia press, but they separated after only a few months. Producing only one album and a three-month summer tour.
Signed Blind Faith album
Following the break-ups of Cream and Traffic, Clapton and Winwood began informal jamming in early 1969. Baker joined them in rehearsals, and the two decided to form a band. Grech joined the band Family as the fourth member in May. And they began recording their self-titled debut album. It sparked outrage by having a portrait of a topless 11-year-old girl on the front cover. Reissued in the United States with a different cover.

The inaugural Blind Faith concert was on 7 June in Hyde Park, London. In front of an estimated 100,000 fans, although they felt underprepared and under rehearsed. They later performed in Scandinavia and the United States. But a lack of content in the live performance forced them to play classic Cream and Traffic songs, which pleased the audience but disillusioned the band. During the tour, Clapton became increasingly reclusive, preferring to spend time with support act Delaney & Bonnie, and Blind Faith split soon after their final performance. Clapton and Winwood both appreciated the music they made together during the group’s brief tenure, and they have since collaborated on multiple concerts with Blind Faith compositions.
